These nock adapters/bushings can strengthen the carbon arrows to avoid arrows hit each other when shooting. Arrow's hitting each other can damage or crack the first arrow's nock end, even ruin the first arrow. Please note that these adapters fit arrow shafts with inner diameter 4.2mm.
