Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
When you placed the order by mistake, please contact us at support@huntingdoor.com to cancel the order before we ship the order. Usually we ship the order in 24-48 hours. There is no cost for you to cancel the order before we ship the order. We will email you back to confirm the cancellation. You'll receive the refund in 1-4 days after cancellation.
If the package is shipped, but you still want to cancel the order. In this case, you may still choose to cancel your order for a full refund. We will try our best efforts and contact our local shipping company to stop the packages. If the package fails to intercept, please refuse the delivery of the package. The package will be returned to us at no return cost for you. We will fully refund your money when we see the return tracking information.
If you just don't like the items you received, ordered a wrong item or want an exchange, please return the package at your own return cost, and email us your return tracking number. We will refund your money when we receive the return in good condition.

RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at support@huntingdoor.com with your order number first. After receiving a confirmation, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to one of the following addresses:

If you ordered a wrong item or just don't like the item, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. Please return the package within thirty (30) days of the delivery date, and email us your return tracking number. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. We will refund your original order amount in seven (7) business days after we receive your returned package.
If the item arrives damaged or defective, we will pay all return shipping charges. Please return the package within thirty (30) days of the delivery date, and email us your return tracking number and billing receipt for the refund of return shipping cost. We will refund your original order amount and return shipping cost in seven (7) business days after we receive your return package. The return shipping cost will be refunded through the same payment method of your order.
We strongly recommend that you use a track-able method to mail your return for convenience.
You can still return the item when it has not been used yet after thirty (30) days but within sixty (60) days of the delivery date. Please note that a 5% restocking fee will be charged.
You can not return any items after thirty (30) days of the delivery date.

REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your billing account. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
EXCEPTIONS
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:Â
- Â Â Â With more than 10% discounts and delivered in good condition
- Â Â Â Promotion items delivered in good condition are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned
